Before or after publishing their own photograph, every author is
expected to participate actively in the community.
Each author should leave at least three meaningful comments
on photographs published by other members and
vote for the images they prefer. Active participation
is one of the fundamental principles of the ARTFreeLife community.
Each uploaded photograph must not exceed approximately
3–4 MB per file and must be an authentic photographic
work. Images created or generated through
Artificial Intelligence prompts are not accepted.
Important changes have been introduced across several sections of the
platform to give greater visibility to the most commented photographs
within a specific period and to the authors who participate most
consistently.
The most active and collaborative authors may receive
editorial bonuses, shorter evaluation times for their
future submissions and more opportunities for sharing
through ARTFreeLife’s editorial and social channels.
Additional pages have also been added at the end of selected sections.
These pages highlight the most active authors during the period
under consideration, displaying their latest photograph.
In this way, members who participate regularly and respect the community
guidelines will receive greater visibility.
Photography and photographic quality will always remain at the
centre of every editorial decision. The new system does not
replace editorial evaluation, but also recognises authors who actively
contribute to the growth and vitality of the community.
Authors who are less collaborative may naturally receive
fewer comments and fewer views, while active members
will have more opportunities to be discovered, appreciated and shared.
Authors who do not respect these guidelines may receive penalties,
including longer analysis and evaluation times for future publications.
